We work collaboratively with you, focusing on building trust, deepening insight, and creating meaningful, lasting change. Therapy here is not about fixing you. It’s about understanding you and supporting your growth in a way that feels authentic and empowering.

Fees & Insurance

We are an out-of-network practice, which allows us to provide flexible, personalized care without the limitations often imposed by insurance companies. Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement.

We also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots to help make therapy more accessible.
